§1 Validity
For all orders through our online shop, exclusively the following General Terms and Conditions apply in the version valid at the time of ordering.
Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
§2 Formation of Contract
The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer on our part. You have the option to first collect the selected goods non-bindingly in the so-called "shopping cart" and to correct your information at any time before sending your order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process.

By clicking the "order with costs" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order follows immediately after sending through an automatically generated email, in which the details of your order are listed again. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, you are no longer bound by your order. Any services already provided will be refunded immediately.
The ordering process in detail:

- Placing in the shopping cart by clicking the corresponding button
- Checking the information in the shopping cart
- Activating the "to checkout" button
- Login to the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password)
- Re-checking or correcting your information
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the "order with costs" button
- Confirmation of contract conclusion through automatically generated email
Due to legal regulations, we are obliged to verify the age of our customers. The sale of tobacco products is only permitted to persons who have reached the age of 18.
We may refuse an order if there are justified doubts about the identity or majority of the customer.
§3 Prices, Costs
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find more details about shipping costs with the offers.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases that we are not responsible for and that you have to bear, such as costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs).
§4 Delivery
Delivery takes place at the latest within 30 days after conclusion of contract.
If you are a consumer (end customer), the risk only passes to you when the goods are handed over to you. If you are an entrepreneur, the risk already passes with the handover of the goods to the carrier.
§5 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
